All members of the Barony are eligible for Baronial Awards.
By "membership" in the Barony, we usually just mean someone who associates themselves with us and lives in the St. Louis metropolitan area. You do not have to be a paid member of the Society for Creative Anachronism to be eligible for an award.
The Baron and Baroness encourage all members of the populace to recommend people for any awards they feel are merited.
